Prestige Wedding Fairs Ltd is a family business that has been helping couples in the Home Counties of England with their wedding plans since the year 2000. Husband and wife team Peter and Zoe pride themselves on providing local fairs for local people, offering services from some of the finest wedding suppliers in the area.

Wedding organising has never been easier – with Prestige Wedding Fairs you’ll find everything under one roof to help you plan for your Big Day. From January to March and again in September and October, there is a Prestige Wedding Fair almost every Sunday between 11am and 3.30pm.

With 30 to 50 wedding services at each fair, no two events are the same and Prestige Wedding Fairs have a keen following of couples who attend several events in one season knowing that they will find new exhibitors and different fashion shows at each venue. Some of the fairs have fashion shows at 12.30pm and 2.30pm presenting a wide variety of bridal and bridesmaids collections, for example in Shepperton and Camberley

  • Littleton Park House at Shepperton Studios – 2nd of September

    Why not bring a little movie star glamour to your wedding and visit the wedding fair at Shepperton Film Studios?  There are professional fashion shows at 12.30pm and 2.30pm by Surrey Brides across the black and white marbled foyer, just next to the BAFTA!  The Surrey Pianist will be playing the grand piano and around 30 local wedding suppliers are on hand to help you plan your Big Day.

  • Frimley Hall Hotel – 23rd of September

    Camberley’s hidden gem of a venue, The MacDonald Frimley Hall Hotel wedding fairs offers around 30 local wedding services all under one roof, and will take place on the 23rd of September.  If you are looking for special wedding rings, Little Ingot will work with you to create a design exclusive to you. Dean Leavy has won the Young Musician of the Year award so do stop by his stand and see a close-up magic trick.  Encore Bridal will present fashion shows at 12.30pm and 2.30pm so arrive early to get a seat!

Wedding services range from the traditional cars, cakes and photography to the more unusual like close-up magicians, speech coaches and magic mirrors. Admission is free so if you don’t find a service at one fair you’re bound to find the perfect thing by the end of the wedding fair season!   • Bracknell Hilton – 9th of September

Berkshire’s longest running wedding fair, the Bracknell Hilton wedding fair has been helping couples with their wedding planning for over 20 years. Established, professional companies such as Black Tie Men’s Wear and Charismatic Cars will be on hand to offer you their wealth of experience and joining them will be some of the area’s finest photographers, florists, make-up artists and entertainment companies.

  • Farnham Maltings – 16th of September

This is Farnham’s biggest wedding event with over 50 local wedding suppliers spread across 4 exhibition rooms.  Don’t miss the Cellar Bar which is decorated by exhibitors to look like a wedding reception – it’s great for décor ideas.  There’s live music by The Silvermere Duo and Paul Grainger pianist.  This is one of the few wedding fairs that has venues exhibiting, so if you don’t have your venue booked yet, come and see What Burrows Lea Country House, Blacknest Golf Club or The Farnham House Hotel have to offer.

All Prestige Wedding Fair venues host weddings so this is a great way to weigh up whether it’s the place for your wedding or reception. There’s such variety – the glamour of Shepperton Studios, chic, modern Hiltons or beautiful country houses and hotels. In fact, Prestige Wedding Fairs can offer a venue for almost every budget and style you could wish for.

Dedicated wedding co-ordinators will be on hand to show you their venue or you can just browse around the fair and check out the place yourself. Often venues will have special promotions for their Wedding Fair so you can really get good value if you book as a result of attending the event.

  • St Anne’s Manor, Wokingham – 30th of September

St. Anne’s Manor has a wealth of options for weddings and, if you’re looking for an outdoor ceremony, check out their romantic purpose-built gazebo.  This fair holds around 40 of the area’s finest wedding suppliers including Lauren Mitchell Photography, Village Brides and don’t miss DJSpacebar’s funky ‘iDJ’ and inflatable photobooth.

  • Cobham Hilton – 14th of October

With around 30 wedding suppliers, this fair has some unusual exhibitors that you may not find at every wedding fair.  If you’re not having a religious ceremony or have an inter-faith marriage, why not chat to ‘Walking in Spirit’ celebrant who can tailor a beautiful ceremony shaped around your personal circumstances.  Celia Andrews offers speech coaching for those who’d like a little help with those all-important speeches.  Gilly Clinton will provide live music as you enter the fair and the Hilton staff will be on hand to show you what this versatile venue has to offer.

  • Frensham Heights – 21st of October

This elegant venue is as beautiful inside as out.  Not only are there sublime gardens but at the entrance you’ll see several graceful wedding cars as well as The Tipple Box – a quirky extra to have at your wedding, originally this was a horse box, now lovingly converted to a mobile bar for your guests!  Inside you’ll find Jeni’s Cakes and Flowers, Animation Events with a ‘magic mirror’ to capture your guests on camera and Sitting Pretty chair covers to complete the look of your reception.

  • Charterhouse – 28th of October

Charterhouse is flowing with elegance and character, allowing you the opportunity to host a truly unique wedding.  Nigel Worsfold Toastmaster will be there to greet you and around 30 local wedding suppliers can help with your wedding planning from Floresence and Lane House Flowers with some beautiful blooms to Kanoo Travel who can plan your perfect honeymoon. Katie Belles has lots of room décor ideas; light-up LOVE letters, candy carts, pretty post boxes and much more.
