Between two hearts that beat in unison, not even the rain can make it stop; Rather, it becomes an element that enriches, fertilizes, and that bathes satiating the bodies. This, in a nutshell, is the great day of Maddalena and Marco.
The preparation
A simply wonderful love story: a Sicilian bride, the groom from Brescia, in love with the Sicilian island, a land of rare beauty. Sicily “touches” all the senses: the smell of “pungent” citrus fruits, the mild temperature, the sound of typical instruments and a strong dialect, the taste of arancini and cannoli.
And it is the perfect setting for getting married: and the sweet marriages of today, Marco and Maddalena, have understood this from the beginning, a close-knit, pure, beautiful couple.
The beautiful ceremony
To live their dream day to the full they entrusted their ideas to the team at Abitiamo Architettura Wedding & Design, a studio made up of architects and designers who deals with events in Sicily. They created the entire wedding arrangement for them, customising it to the smallest detail. A wonderful, warm, enveloping atmosphere: a fusion of American style with made in Italian details, which left their closest friends and dearest relatives speechless.
The photo session
The bride and groom had no doubts about the colour of the decorations: the shades of pink, taken from the flowers and the vintage details are repeated by her wonderful powder pink dress.
A parallelism that may seem strange or out of place: a body without imperfections. A beneficial rain, a godsend, an almost desired rain: the drops have started a polychromatic game, with an intense grey, then transformed into soft and nuanced selection of shades.
And finally … the party!
Dancing together, wet from the rain, is the greatest wish of love and luck for our Marco and Maddalena: we at Zankyou wish you all the best!
