The morning of 23 December 2018 brought with it the magical moment of the union of two soul mates; these two singles chose each other and made a promise for life. The wedding between Elisa and Luigi was deliberately organised to be celebrated so close to Christmas because their desire was to celebrate their wedding as a real Christmas dinner with their little one, family and friends in town. A wedding promise that Elisa and Luigi wanted to entrust to the care and experience of Cinzia Barbotti, owner of the renowned Turin Wedding Planning Agency, Vis at Vis Wedding & Event. Famous for the creativity, care and the very high quality of the services that they are able to offer the newlyweds, they did not disappoint. In the case of Elisa and Luigi, the wedding ceremony took place between the general commotion in the Parish of Giovanni Bosco in Turin, while the reception was organised in the premises of the Hoffmann Space in Cambiano.
Vis a Vis Wedding & Event has closely followed all the stages of preparation for this romantic and engaging ceremony, starting with the dressing of the excited bride and groom. A wonderful choice for the wedding dress, an enchanting tailor-made model of Donatella Gallo’s Atelier in Villafranca Piemonte, designed by Elisa for her wedding. It is a mermaid wrapping dress up to the height of the hips, which then blooms in a French tulle skirt, “for a cloud effect”, as described by the bride herself. Embellished with a boat neckline, the cream-coloured chantilly lace and the French tulle in the shades of silk and blush bring out the bride’s long raven hair, styled by Jennifer, owner of the My Beauty Estetica Advanced beauty center in Turin. The hairstyle created is a soft semi-up-do, with loose and fluffy hair on the shoulders, all enriched by small light points distributed on the upper part of the hairstyle. Simple and elegant make-up frames the bride’s face and lights up her deep gaze.
The groom’s suit is a Corneliani blue tuxedo – the same made to measure as that for their little witness – completed by a warm Armani coat. To immortalise every moment and every emotion the newlyweds called Michele Petrini, from the photographic studio Immagini d’Autore in Turin. The empathy with the photographer is known, it is essential for the spouses to completely trust and forget to pose for him, letting the day unfold naturally. Marco has captured the right sensations, and his creativity and originality will bring smiles to Elisa and Luigi’s face for ever more.
Elisa’s arrival at the Parish of Giovanni Bosco in Turin, decorated with small snowy floral compositions, simple and classic as tradition and respect for the wedding in the Church , was incredibly moving. In her hands a bouquet composed of a single flower, a candid amarillis which, like all the floral arrangements of the wedding, was curated by Dufur Fiori of Turin in collaboration with Vis a Vis Wedding & Event, always careful that the wishes of the spouses were heard. The floral arrangement designed for the wedding ceremony was therefore minimal and elegant, recalling the simple but sophisticated bouquet of the bride, while the location for the reception was decorated with a Christmas theme.
The moment of the bouquet launch was unforgettable: a special bouquet thought by the bride and composed of many single flowers to whose stem she had tied a note with a thought, at the moment of the launch it opened, making a cascade of flowers rain on the guests in wait! Finally, the sweet table was an explosion of Christmas tradition, between panettone and pandori, biscuits customized with the couple’s logo, nougat of various types and chocolates, dried fruit and dates, a riot of sweetness waiting for the cutting of the cake and the toast of the newly weds after which, on the romantic notes of the song YOU by Ten Sharp, an important memory for Elisa and Luigi, the dances opened. The newlyweds tell us: “We had our first dance in the after-dinner area and surrounded by friends and relatives we danced under an unexpected and wonderful snowfall… yes, we danced under the snow in an indoor location! The magic of Christmas!“
A Christmas fairy tale with all the magic, emotion and typical atmosphere of this time of year so special, enriched by the love of the spouses and their families. We wish these wonderful newlyweds a lot of joy and happiness.
