Despite hosting 200 guests, and having their wedding at one of the most luxurious manor houses in Hampshire – the historic Four Seasons – Cecilia and Scott’s big day was full of tenderness, intimacy and personal details that no one could fail to miss. With Scott’s father acting as the officiant, there was a true sense of family and affection all throughout the ceremony, and Cecilia’s Swedish roots were honoured continually – including a surprise performance from a famous Swedish singer at the reception! In face of such elegance and aesthetic beauty, it can be easy to lose the two people at the heart of it – but Cecilia and Scott’s wedding remained true to them, whilst also being absolutely gorgeous!

With a remarkable talent for capturing nuances in colour, and staging the most romantic couple shots that we at Zankyou have seen, the love between Cecilia and Scott could not be clearer thanks to these two professionals. Jacob and Pauline were also able to take advantage of the great natural lighting of the day – a very light drizzle of rain mixed with the gleaming July sunshine meant that the images they captured have a beautiful aspect to them.
Cecilia wore a stunning A-line gown from the Morilee Collection at Madeline Gardner that featured a long, lace-embroidered train that trailed behind her as she walked down the outside aisle. Paired with elegant beaded shoes, and some very classic pieces of jewellery, she looked every inch the beautiful bride – and Scott didn’t look too shabby either! Donning a traditional single-breasted Navy suit, he and Cecilia were picturesque as a newly-married couple – and also as a dancing duo, as they proved at their ceremony! The decorations for their reception were similarly impressive, with flowers adorning every spare space, and a desire to very much bring the outside in.
