Floral Wedding Dresses? Discover Why Flowers Shouldn’t Be Limited to the Bouquet

Since the international wedding dress designers have launched their new lines for next year, we have taken a tour around them all to discover the latest trends that you simply can’t ignore if you are getting married in 2017.  Among the many styles that have impressed us, we especially love the floral wedding dresses (as shown below) that will simply dazzle you!

We predict that floral patterns will remain a classic style that will last forever. A token of femininity, sensuality, and romance, the top stylists have made sure to include floral details in their latest collections. So stay tuned!

One of the designs that we liked the most is “Vintage” from Pronovias’ 2017 model for their fresh take on this range of dresses. For example this wedding dress with chantilly lace and evase tulle incorporates nude details. Also, notice the deluxe tulle neckline embroidered with jewels on both the front and back. As for the skirt, think a beautiful veiled mermaid cut with a tulle layer gathering in at the waist.

YolanCris is a designer renowned for their bold choices in every new season. Thus for the sisters Yolanda and Cristina, they just had to add flowers to their original designs, whether having a short cut or a more classic style.

We are big fans of flowers that flow in a cascade down the whole dress, as in the case of this dress by Monique Lhuilllier. This dress stands out by the contrast between the rich nude tulle and the embroidered white flowery lace- it is the perfect colour for women that prefer original styles.

Naeem Khan’s designs also incorporate the floral theme. His collection aspires to incorporate both classical styles with occasional bursts of bright colour.

We have not limited our selection solely to floral dresses as we adore Zuhair Murad’s line of floral accessories such as his intricately embroidered veils. Also take note of the sensual floral detail around the bust area, the neckline and back.

We love these beautifully embroidered tulle linings on the back area, almost exposing it entirely. Or this deep see-through V-neck dress with colourful flowers by Navascues, showing off her controversial designs.

Worthy of a mention is this model from the Pronovias Atelier collection. Here we have a princess-cut wedding dress with a spectacular tulle and lace skirt, adorned with stitches of chantilly, thread and precious stones- it is a real star collector’s piece. From the waist up, there is a flattering neckline consisting of lace over fine tulle, matching the skin tone perfectly.
