Calling all gorgeous grooms and handsome husbands, take your first look at the 2016 spring collection from Calvin Klein.
Here you can see a variety of the collection that is focusing on just 40 looks of quintessential silhouettes that infuse vibrant and energetic design details and are grounded in relaxed utilitarianism. An industrial focus inspired the collection, as traditional sportswear pieces were updated with Velcro additions – pockets, straps and waistbands – a detail that can be interchanged or removed for added dimension.
A palette of neutral colours such as linden, boxwood along with black and white served as a strong base colours for the collection. The base colours were well complimented with stonewashed denim-inspired pieces reinterpreted with engineered jacquard and bonded cotton. Graphics, sleeveless t shirts featuring a striking multi-colour wave design and playful palm tree prints injected a hint of spontaneity. Not to mention, high and low top double strap sandals reaching the calf, were worn with an engineered sport sock to complement the overall feeling of formal utility.
All in all, a unique collection certainly displaying the potentail of mixing colours, materials and trends. Whether you want to look fabulous for the bbq lunch after the wedding or enjoy looking happily married during the honeymoon, this is the collection for you.
