What can the bride and groom expect when visiting and hiring your space?
We want to simplify, update and bring a new fresh air to everything connected to such a special day. We are specialists in Nordic-style weddings that escape the standards. As a group of restaurants (Esquina do Avesso, Sushiaria, Terminal 4450, Fauna & Flora and Fava Tonka) we can guarantee a different catering with true Avesso dishes.
What sets you apart from other wedding venues in Portugal?
We are located next to the beach, a perfect spot for sea lovers. And we come from the restoration world. This is our strongest point, where we actually make a difference.
How would you describe the atmosphere of your space?
Rustic/Modern. Quinta do Avesso, underwent major works in October 2018. The idea was to take advantage of the current rustic air and add every modern item and commodity that a wedding would need. We believe that the combination of these two factors creates something surprising every time. Nature is always present in our space.
Have you got different spaces to offer for the various beats of the wedding?
We have distinct spaces: dining room, aperitif room (if the weather is not good)/dessert and supper buffet room and a dedicated space to party.
Is it possible to celebrate a civil and religious marriage ceremony?
There is the possibility for the bride and groom to celebrate their civil wedding in our premises, as we have places and scenarios for this purpose.
Are you in charge of organizing the wedding and setting up the space?
It will be our pleasure to take care of the entire organization of the event, as well as the assembly of the space.
Do you have any support services for the bride and groom during the organization of the wedding?
We have highly specialized people, able to help and organize at all stages of the wedding. We have a vast portfolio of partners working with us, which we fully trust.
Is the space exclusive or do several events take place at the same time?
The space is exclusive.
Do you take care of the decoration?
We always deal with the decoration together with the bride and groom. The idea is not to have the same decoration in different weddings. With us each celebration is unique!
