February is the month of romance for many, but it was even more special to Lexi and Gary said their vows in Huddersfield Registry Office, which is located in the beautiful Victorian-style Huddersfield Town Hall. With all its grandeur and natural light, the venue made for lovely photos, which we are very excited to share with you.
The couple tied a rich burgundy colour into their outfits and flowers, which perfectly matched Lexi’s bright and beautiful hair colour and added a regal air to the grandeur of their venue.
The day started with bridal preparations at Lexi’s mum’s house and then the bride arrived in style to her ceremony venue in an Aston Martin. After an emotional and joyous service, the couple took lovely photos on the magnificent staircase of the hall, and headed to their reception venue, The Keys. The space is a spectacular restaurant and crypt venue among the stone vaults of the parish church, with an intricate gothic atmosphere generated by grand arches. The speeches were hilarious, the sandwiches were delicious and the band got everyone up singing and dancing. The happiest of days for the happy couple!
Thank you to Stories Of I Do for documenting Lexi and Gary’s day through their artistic lens and sharing the photos with us. We hope they make great inspiration for Winter Weddings in Yorkshire.
