Photographer Logan Cole cleverly captured and portrayed all of these memorable moments in this special Sikh wedding that took place in London between Amit and Seema. The family reads the Sri Guru Granth Sahib in the morning before departing from home, the grooms mother performs the duties making it a really personal and special moment for the family, showing the bonds, closeness and importance each family member has during the celebrations.
From food and drink, to decorating and gift giving the rituals that take place are all very spiritual and meaningful, setting the scene for the wedding formalities and traditions.
One of the most beautiful things about this love story is the inclusion of their families. The colours, food, celebrations, traditions and family involved make this such a special and memorable occasion.
