ZIWAVilla Patrì is an accommodation facility located about 25 minutes from the city of Palermo, 20 minutes from an important shopping center (forum) and a few minutes from small shops, churches and bars located in the beautiful town of Marineo, Palermo . Villa Patrì resides in the hills (about 500 meters above the sea) with a fantastic view of a splendid Sicilian landscape and is a few minutes away from a very busy road: Palermo-Agrigento.
The structure - about 14,000 square meters of commercial space with about 120 + parking spaces available on site - is divided between a small boutique hotel, a banquet hall, an industrial kitchen, a romantic gazebo and a swimming pool.

anniversaries, family reunions, special events, banquets for associations, fairs, youth events, etc.
Villa Patrì can host events inside and outside the hall. Moreover, the presence of a romantic gazebo allows couples trying to celebrate a civil ceremony to perform all the functions in place.
I celebrated my daughter's 18th at Villa Patri, I was satisfied with everything, impeccable service, courteous staff ready to fulfill any wish we proposed, room manager Giancaelo an exquisite person, the fabulous location, the excellent food, my guests are had a great time making us so many compliments, I could not make a better choice. I recommend it to anyone who really wants a perfect party.
I celebrated my 18th birthday at Villa Patrì. It was all wonderful. They took care of every detail and were attentive to allergies and intolerances. Impeccable staff. Thank you.
I was invited to a Communion. Waiting between courses of about 1 hour or more. At the table they also forgot to bring the dishes to all the diners. Staff not very polite and not always very helpful. I don't know how much the celebrated have paid but for an amount over 80 euros, impeccable professionalism is expected. I'm sorry because the "location" was nice.
