Villa Erre was born as a 19th century house, in Lanzo Torinese, built by the silk merchant Revial for its three daughters: the characteristic that differentiates it from all the other Wedding Locations , is precisely that of having maintained throughout this time, the sense of welcome, quiet and warmth that only a place that has been inhabited for a long time can offer.
In recent years, Villa Erre has been transformed into a Location for literature lovers, renewing itself as a Literary B & b and Location for Weddings and Events, in which there are more than a thousand books selected among novels, poems, stories, essays and literary magazines of any kind.
Spaces and capacity
Villa Erre hosts an exclusive wedding a day and has outdoor and indoor spaces: the interior rooms will welcome you with their warmth in the most rigid months of the year, with period furniture set in a modern and pop context.
In the large common areas there are antique furniture blended in a young and welcoming environment. A 40s pool table and a grand piano are available to guests. The ceilings are beautifully frescoed and preserved.
Outdoor spaces, such as the garden, the gazebo and the swimming pool, instead, will be the perfect backdrop for an original and special celebration.
The structure is surrounded by greenery, in a park of 13,000 square meters, where old trees, including a very rare cedar of Lebanon and countless varieties of flowers, accompany guests' walks.
An outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court complete the location, making it ideal for organizing weddings and events.

Wonderful place! The best B&B ever ... yes I did! The villa is splendid, with large rooms, well-kept and furnished with taste and quality. The common areas are also very beautiful, such as the breakfast room. Speaking of which the latter was abundant and exquisite, and also very well presented! Then there is the living room with the grand piano, the garden with a huge park very well maintained, the tennis court and a large and welcoming swimming pool. The guest rooms, located on the first floor, are each dedicated to a different literary genre and each room of the structure contains books, essays and magazines. This literary B&B exudes a magical atmosphere, which welcomes you upon arrival and accompanies you throughout your pleasant stay. The literary meetings organized there are also very valid and engaging. The staff that manages the Villa is a further, decisive added value: courteous, attentive and professional, pampering guests as if they were at home and at the same time offering impeccable service.
