We made a pre-reservation for a baptism to keep the date, as suggested by those who had shown us the farm. This pre-booking was valid for 8 days. On the 5th day we called to confirm that we were going to do the event there and that we wanted to pay the deposit. We were told that during these days they received the contact of a larger group and that is why our reservation was without effect. Obviously, our event will no longer be held there, neither on the chosen date, nor on any other. Lack of professionalism, lack of respect and lack of words to people. They left an excellent image, there is no doubt.

Fantastic venue, spectacular food and a wedding planner (Marta de Pina Cabral) who is always on top of everything, thank you for everything, you are the soul of business. A word of appreciation also to the head chef who was impeccable. There were friends who told us to go eat when we could, that they had starved at their wedding, as we had the ever-attentive head chef bringing us drinks and food during the welcome cocktail, and during the meal we were always the first to be served. It was a memorable day.

Vale da Carva is a unique, beautiful farm and undoubtedly the best choice we could have made. The people are 5 star, service and food. Space of the best. We also wanted to thank our wedding planner, Marta Cabral, for her concern, help and professionalism. We got a friend from there. Thank you very much.
