Situated on a family run farm, The Barn at Upcote is where flexibility, friendliness and a relaxed but professional atmosphere come together so you can take away memories that will last a lifetime. We aim to help you create the day of your dreams, whatever the occasion.

Our venue is down a long drive and comprises of a number of Cotswold barns centered around a courtyard. These barns contain areas for the wedding ceremony, wedding breakfast, a bar, dancing, a bridal suite and outdoor seating.

Our facilities are quite flexible, and we leave it to the bridal parties to decide how they want to use our different barns and grassy areas to create a day personal to the couple.

We have a 360 view on our website (under the Gallery tab) which will give you a great idea of the layout of our barns and courtyard.

What are your terms of payment?
Our venue hire rates depend on the month and day of the week, and range from £2,500 to £5,600 - with the highest rates applying to Saturdays in August 2019. Non-refundable deposit - 20% when they book Non-refundable 2nd payment - 30 % - 6 months before Non-refundable final payment - 50% - 2 months before
What are your opening/working hours?
We are open 9am - 5pm Monday - Sunday

I know them professionally

I was a photographer at a wedding in August 2017 and I was so impressed with the whole venue. I travel with my work across the country and beyond borders and I pay a lot of attention to the venues, to how they are run, what is the service, where to go for photos (so what is the lighting across the venue), logistics of how things are laid out (it really has a big impact on the type of photos and whether there is a convenience  of having all in a reach of our hands). As a photographer, I pay attention to details and this venue ticks all my boxes.  Location, accommodation, modernity, food, service, and logistics to name a few.

If I was getting married I would definitely consider it as one of my favorite venues for my wedding.
