With this pandemic many things have changed, if we think about the wedding sector, with the various references, many spouses have completely changed their ideas and many times even suppliers and not for lack of dates ... I can say that we have kept faith with our initial choices, this by virtue of the fact that for us you have been a studied and above all desired choice, therefore confirmed! We celebrated our wedding at the enchanting location of the Medieval Castle and we chose Sire as banqueting.We want to thank the SIRE group in the name of Doctor Borrelli, an exquisite and classy person and I must say that his company fully reflects his elegant and refined style of yesteryear, but at the same time modern and innovative. We want to thank all its wonderful and professional staff starting with their chefs: thanks to their professionalism we have been able to make our guests taste the Neapolitan tradition and in general Campania, traditional and at the same time innovative, a perfect combination of flavors. A special mention goes to the Maitres Gennaro and Enzo, two fundamental figures for the success of the event, they had constant attention towards us and especially towards our intolerant and allergic guests who felt super pampered and thank us again for the scrupulous attention paid to them. We sincerely thank you and thank you with special applause, dear and precious Stefania Pirollo for advising us as a mother would do and above all for the patience she had with us. Stefania is the SOUL of the Sire group, we define her as the director, the one who behind the scenes organizes everything down to the smallest detail, coordinating everyone, the person with whom we spouses have immediate contact, our beacon in the path that guides us to the day of our event, constant psychological support (after all dates postponed for the pandemic ...). Without her it would not have been the same ... Thanks Stefania! You all made our wedding amazing! The excellent dishes and appreciated by all, impeccable service, meticulous and meticulous attention to detail….
