What are your terms of payment?

Shoreditch Studios venue dry hire is £7200 (inclusive of VAT) for any available 2019 or 2020 date (higher rates for public holidays and NYE). Venue hire includes exclusive use of the whole venue from 9am until midnight (late extensions available for an additional fee) and courtyard access for guests until 8pm. An average wedding in the venue costs between £25,000 and £30,000 (inclusive of VAT) - Based on a ceremony for 150 guests, a 3 course seated wedding breakfast for 150 guests and a reception party for 150-200 guests with a stocked bar, DJ and late extension until 2am. We are happy to take the time to sit down and discuss your wedding plans and budget and connect you with a range of suppliers who can provide you with no obligation quotes for anything you need for your wedding day including furniture, lighting, catering, bar or DJ hire rates. You are also welcome to shop around for a catering supplier, BYO bar stock or dress the venue as you wish. Shoreditch Studios is a flexible and accommodating venue, ready to be transformed for you and your partners unique wedding day. Please get in touch to book a site visit and receive our dry hire rate card. To secure your date we would ask for a 50% deposit & signed contract (dry-hire balance required 1 month before your wedding). Full payment of dry hire invoice and production invoice due two weeks prior to your wedding date.

Looking for a urban venue for your wedding? Shoreditch Studios is a popular 'warehouse wedding' venue licensed for ceremonies and receptions. The venue is located under live TFL railway lines in East London's vibrant street art district Shoreditch.

Shoreditch Studios consists of two connected ‘blank canvas’ studio spaces with exposed bricks, high ceilings, a large courtyard, air conditioning, green rooms and a mezzanine lounge.

Venue hire includes PA's in both studios, air conditioning, a small kitchenette, green rooms and ample bathrooms. Shoreditch Studios is also equipped with industrial lighting trusses which can be utilised to hang lanterns, fairy lights, disco balls and various lighting configurations to set the perfect mood for your wedding and ensure your wedding photos look great too.

Venue hire is from 9am to midnight but late extensions are available for an additional fee.
