I'm not giving it any stars because it won't let me. Yesterday we celebrated the communion of our daughters there and it was a complete failure... In the first place, we hired a 30-minute reception drink, where it started at 1:30 p.m. and so at 2:00 p.m. everyone would be sitting at the table to start eating. Well, at 1:50 p.m., they were already overwhelming me so that the children would sit at the table and put their food on, when theirs is to start all together. In the end, they put the food first for the children, and we continued with the cocktail. There was an adult table, where a three-year-old child sat with his parents, the children's menu stayed on the table until the parents sat down, and for that a good time passed, so the child ate his food cold. Of the cocktail canapés, not to mention, they couldn't be worse, the fifth range hot canapés, but of poor quality, reheated from microwaves, come on, rubbish... As for the menu, the very bad salad, a lot of green and little chicha...the croquettes, of the lot, the fideua, was not bad, but too soupy, they looked like drained casserole noodles...The pork cheeks were burnt and the sauce it had on top it masked the burnt taste, the potato garnish without any flavor... We had a table of 6 teenagers, which we decided, being older, that they eat the adult menu. Well, they did not like the food, to such an extent that they did not wait for the main course and got up from the table, but our surprise was that seeing that there was no one at that table, they did not serve the main course. We spoke with the person in charge to clarify the matter and she told us that the dishes were in the kitchen, if we wanted them, that they could bring them to us... instead of having spoken with us first and giving us an explanation of what had happened in order to solve it. The drink service at the table was disastrous, you had to constantly tell the waitress to refill your glass. We hired a table of sweets, since due to Covid they don't let us bring anything from outside, and that was a real scam, €250 to decorate it with cheap jellies and some cones of dried fruit that was hilarious how small they were, they fit you 5 cones in one hand, so go figure. We hired a two-hour animation for €150 and my goodness…the children said it was the worst animation they had ever done…another scam… We had to go to get the attention of some children who were in another celebration, because they started calling my daughters and their friends DISGUSTING SLUTS..., so imagine the riffraff that goes to that place... I could go on saying more, but I don't want to write a book. As a last detail, we asked that the five main dishes that were not put, be given to us to take away... they put the meat in a plastic bag... brutal... In short, they don't see my hair there anymore, since the value for money (which was very high) left a lot to be desired.
