Our most comprehensive offering, taking you on your Wedding journey, from conception to delivery, covering the UK including Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, London, Norfolk and and internationally.
After an initial free of charge, no obligation consultation we will work closely with you to plan every aspect of your exceptional wedding day.
You will find that your planner becomes your ‘best friend’ during the planning process and we are always available by phone, email, Skype or for face to face meetings as an advisor, friend and confidant.
Our Full Wedding Planning service includes matching suppliers and sourcing along with complete financial and logistics management through to full coordination on the day with personal support throughout. We will provide recommendations on the best suppliers for your wedding and undertake all contract negotiations (please note, some planners may take commission from suppliers adding to your costs, I have a strict ethical policy and do not accept commissions from suppliers). Working with you, we will create a detailed itinerary which covers not only the wedding day but also any set up and breakdown days, managing all supplier requirements and logistics. We are available to manage your guest list and RSVPs and also any ceremony rehearsals or dinners. Styling of your wedding forms part of the planning process and we work with you to achieve your ‘wedding design’ that is creative, inspirational and exceptional whilst remaining personal to yourselves. We will be onsite on set up days to manage suppliers and their set up and on the wedding day we are onsite before the first supplier to ensure that everything is ready in accordance with your wishes. We only leave once all of your guests have safely departed and your suppliers have cleared down and are on their way.
Our Partial Planning service can be commenced up to 12 weeks prior to your wedding day. Along with an audit of all existing contracts we will work with you to provide a detailed itinerary of your day (including any set up and break down days) and liaise with all of your suppliers to confirm delivery and set up arrangements including timings during set up, on the day itself and during breakdown.
We will be in regular contact with yourselves via your preferred method of communication (email, phone, Skype) and will be onsite during any set up days to oversee any supplier builds (ie tipis/marquees) and supplier deliveries. Our management of your wedding day starts in the early morning (before your first supplier arrives) and continues until the end of the party and all guests are safely on their way home.
Our partial planning service can be booked at any point of your planning journey but our services will not commence until 12 weeks before your wedding. If you are looking for help with your wedding prior to 12 weeks before your wedding day.
Our Wedding Day Management service can be commenced up to 2 weeks prior to your wedding day. Along with an audit of all contracts, we will contact each of your suppliers to confirm all details including timings of set up and breakdown. We will provide a comprehensive itinerary for your day and share this with yourselves and all of your suppliers – managing the suppliers and the delivery of their services on the day itself. This service is particularly useful if you are hosting a reception with various elements or suppliers as it ensures that all suppliers have a single point of contact in the run up to the wedding and the day itself. We are quickly able to assist and direct suppliers without them disturbing the all important bridal prep!
On the day itself, we will be with you before your suppliers arrive and typically stay until the end of the first dance however we can also stay until the end of the night when all guests are safely on their way home with prior agreement.
We offer Consultations at a destination of your choosing or initially we also offer telephone and Skype consultations
We found Vanessa and her team via google search and it was a bit daunting trying to plan a destination wedding in London and actually spoke with 2 other planners before speaking with Vanessa. Once we started chatting, i just knew she was the one for us! We got on like a house on fire and she just knew exactly what we wanted to do for our wedding and didnt try and feed us a cookie cutter version (which the other planners did). Whatever crazy weird requests we gave her, she managed to pull it off without a hitch and she always relayed the cost to us so we were left in the dark at any stage of the planning. Its all black and white when it came to prices, timeframe and whether or not things we possible. If she couldn't source everything, she would tell us straight away and always offered an alternative. For what she did compared to her fees, i would definately reccomend Vanessa and her team, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
A stellar service from start to finish! Vanessa is an absolute joy to work with; she has a huge amount of experience in the industry and has great relationships with suppliers. She went above and beyond in every possible to way to ensure the planning was seamless and the delivery stratospheric! To organise a 2-day wedding festival with the number of suppliers we had was an incredible feat, and we are so grateful to her and her team for putting on the best festival we'll ever go to! The guests were in awe and couldn't believe their eyes at what they beheld on arrival on-site, reflected in the many thank you cards we received post-honeymoon. Magnificent! We can't thank her and her team enough.
Vanessa and Dom were a huge help to us planning our extremely bespoke fusion Indo-British wedding. A lot of the things we needed for our wedding were highly bespoke due to the fusion aspect but they were extremely creative at coming up with solutions that worked for us and for our budget! They have a wealth of experience in event management and are constantly a few steps ahead in terms of organisation. We felt like we were in safe hands through the whole process! We had a two day wedding with guests from across the world and Vanessa and Dom very comfortably managed the whole process. We had a great time on our wedding weekend (which not all couples can say given the stress that goes with planning a wedding) and I’m sure this was in no small part due Vanessa and Dom taking care of everything behind the scenes!
