"Il Podernovo - a meeting place in the green between nature and culture" is a farmhouse immersed in the greenery of the Monte Rufeno Nature Reserve and at the foot of the ancient medieval village of Torre Alfina, in the marvelous Tuscia of Viterbo and 2 hours from Rome.

It is managed by the "Ape Regina" cooperative.

Particularly appreciated by the guests of the farmhouse is the relaxing and intimate atmosphere that surrounds it and the wild and at the same time comfortable experience.

Each room of the structure has a view of the green of the Reserve (so much so that you can spot wild animals directly from here or from the veranda).

The idea of organizing weddings in this eco-sustainable structure came for a simple reason: several couples of tourists after staying at Podernovo specifically asked for the possibility of getting married here!

The special and romantic experiences of the Cooperative Ape Regina and Podernovo can include ceremonies at the Castle of Torre Alfina (a 5-minute drive from Podernovo), "having everything to oneself" the Bosco del Sasseto with special ceremonies (the BdS is one of the most virgin and beautiful woods in Europe) and also means living other unique experiences such as having an exclusive Acquapendente cinema hall for projections of the couple's favorite films (or personal videos).

These experiences are also often used by couples of friends present at the wedding to make proposals or wedding renewals .

The Podernovo can accommodate up to 39 guests to whom another 16 can be added thanks to the availability of Casale Sant'Antonio , eco-sustainable sister structures of "Il podernovo".
