15 minutes It's the time Paula " the hostage" took to show us around. Me and my partner were in disbelief. Most visits are approximately 1 hour.
Paula was not engaging, not friendly, not welcoming or showed any empathy. When asked about prices and conditions she replied " all information was sent via email". "Shocking". There was no discussions about the service nor patience or kindness from Paula. It was so uncomfortable that my partner and I felt that we couldn't ask for any further details. To make things worse she didn't ask us any questions either so disappointing.
This place has a fabulous view and Paula takes it for granted don't be foolish the view is not everything you showed us no confidence on your services and standards. What came across was a huge lack of passion and professionalism in fact there were no conversations about anything we left empty handed and utterly discouraged.

For many of us this is the most important and special day of our life's at least show some respect have pride dignity in what you do.
This was not due to a language barrier I speak and understand Portuguese my partner is English Paula spoke Portuguese throughout the tour.
