We are a wedding planning company located in Amalfi Coast, Italy.
We are LOCALLY based, and extremely familiar with all the venues, logistics and suppliers. We live in, we know, but above all, we love our territory. Our presence in Puglia, the birthplace of Ines, and on the Amalfi Coast, enables us to always give you the best suggestions that meet your vision and get the best quotes for services.
We pride ourselves on being a super creative and professional team, combining our passion for weddings and for Italy with knowledge and expertise to help you create a unique wedding. In short, we are a small company known for great weddings!
We also strongly believe that each wedding is unique and exclusive as it represents a combination of dreams, desires and personality that embodies the style of a couple.
We plan only a limited number of weddings per year in order to offer more undivided attention to our clients.
Compared to larger agencies that tend to organize an extremely high amount of weddings in a standard fashion, you'll find us to be very flexible, always building a strong relationship with our couples.
We will guide you in choosing a location that best suits your desires, among the numerous and evocative venues we have selected, from luxurious hotels, private villas, historic residences, lemon groves, Trulli, farms and wild or romantic beaches. Castles, natural caves overlooking the sea, historical ruins and fantastic sailing ships which are a further option among the Special Ideas for newlyweds who love challenge and innovation, who wish to make their wedding day special and unforgettable.
Choosing Ines was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We couldn't have done it without her help !! I like to call her my fairy godmother because she made our dream come true of a beautiful wedding in the Italian countryside. She helped us overcome a few challenges we were facing and really came through for us. She has an amazing attention to details, especially ones that I had not considered. She also gave us so many useful contacts that we used for other vendors in the wedding (We loved all of them. - the musicians, celebrant, drivers) It can be challenging to plan a wedding from another country, but she made it easy for us. She helped with choosing the flowers and cake styles, and we adored the final results. We really trusted her a lot because she has such great taste and style. On the actual day of the wedding, she did a perfect job coordinating everything, and we didn't have to worry about anything. Besides being a talented wedding planner, Ines and her husband Adriano are really lovely and kind people. We recommend them as planners 10000% to anyone having a wedding in Italy. <3
Een huwelijk in het buitenland organizeren, is zenuwslopend. Zeker als je de landstaal niet machtig bent. Gelukkig konden wij rekenen op de professionele hulp van Adriano en Ines. Zij hielden alle details nauwlettend in de gaten en werken geheel naar jouw wil en / of budget zonder op te dringen. Ten gepaste tijde werd een overzichtsdocument met foto's gestuurd om ook het overzicht visueel te houden. Het contact kan zowel for SMS, What's up, video chat, email of gewoon telefisch wat wel erg gemakkelijk werkt. Het coronatijdperk maakte de voorbereiding des te moeilijker, maar het steeds goedgehumeurde, jong en dynamisch koppel hielp me telkens opnieuw met de nodige aanpassingen zodat ik de moed niet verliezen kon. Ze kennen de regio uitermate goed waardoor ze steeds wel een gepast contact of oplossing kunnen vinden in een vingerknip. TOP! Enige minieme werkpuntje is dat als niet Engelstalige zijnde bruid het soms moeilijk was om het Engels met Italiaans tintje te verstaan. bedankt x
I cannot think of the words to describe how thankful we are for Ines and Adriano. We were so nervous planning an overseas wedding as we did not speak the Italian language but the second we found Ines my fears melted away. Not only was Ines so professional (and knew all the best suppliers!) She was so kind and caring. However, it goes without saying that the biggest challenge and one that I am sure makes these pair the best wedding planners not only on the Amalfi coast but in the entire world was that they managed to plan a wedding in the middle of a pandemic! It is true that they encountered problems along the way with some suppliers canceling but these were kept away from Ben and I to minimize the stress on us. Ben and I will forever be grateful to Ines and Adriano. They made our dreams come true, they are our friends and we would never have managed to marry in a different country, in the middle of a pandemic, with 65 guests by our side (without any problems on the day!) Without them. I will always recommend Ines and Adriano to anyone getting married in Italy. They are professional, kind, always at the end of the phone whenever I needed them and above all our day was perfect. xxx
