Yesterday we were guests at a wedding, the STAFF was quite rude and indelicate, especially the FEMALE ones..... Review is recommended 🤔

Hoping that this review is constructive without wanting to judge who really works and puts Anima Imposing and renovated location:

Staff in poor working conditions do everything possible to make the anniversaries of a high level but everything is diminished when the staff is undernumbered and fails to meet all the requests,

courses without any Praise of normal quality disappointing expectations,

low quality wines and prosecco; almost home-made low-bake cakes,

commercial alcoholic drinks from pizzerias and I would still have so much to say but I think the situation is clear also for the management given the inspection of the Administration table by table.

This is a personal point of view, I would recommend the Ownership to Consult and trust by listening to the staff who experience close contact with guests and in my opinion who better could give them the right suggestions.

Currently I do not recommend Lo Smeraldo Wishing that there is immediate action in reviewing all the negative points.

Disappointed !!!!
