For the last 32 years, La Escollera Restaurant , in the middle of the Ses Salines nature reserve, with wonderful views of the island of Formentera, Platja des Cavallet and the Mediterranean Sea, has attracted people from all over the world.

Always fresh and high quality food. They serve authentic Spanish and Mediterranean food, including seafood, the best meat and a wide vegetarian selection. For the most modern palates, they offer dishes such as Thai Chicken or Californian Sushi. Its specialties are paella, Gallo San Pedro served with "patatas a lo pobre" and Anchovies Mami; all of them, family recipes made with love.

For weddings, the ceremony is held at Punta de la Escollera, from which the restaurant has taken its name. It is a 16th century pier used to transport salt from the salt pans to the rest of Europe. This jetty is part of our restaurant and has become a beautiful venue for wedding ceremonies.

As the restaurant is located facing southeast, the moon, especially when it is full, looks spectacular on the horizon rising out of the sea, giving a magical feeling to the evening.
