What are your terms of payment?

Kachette venue dry hire is £6000 (inclusive of VAT) for any available 2019 or 2020 date (higher rates for public holidays and NYE). Venue hire includes exclusive use of the whole venue from 10am until midnight (late extensions available for an additional fee). An average wedding in the venue costs between £23,000 and £30,000 (inclusive of VAT) - Based on a ceremony for 110 guests, a 3 course seated wedding breakfast for 110 guests and a reception party for 180 guests with a stocked bar, DJ and late extension until 2am. We are happy to take the time to sit down and discuss your wedding plans and budget and connect you with a range of suppliers who can provide you with no obligation quotes for anything you need for your wedding day including furniture, lighting, catering, bar or DJ hire rates. You are also welcome to shop around for a catering supplier, BYO bar stock or dress the venue as you wish. Kachette is a flexible and accommodating venue, ready to be transformed for you and your partners unique wedding day. Please get in touch to book a site visit and receive our dry hire rate card. To secure your date we would ask for a 50% deposit & signed contract (dry-hire balance required 1 month before your wedding). Full payment of dry hire invoice and production invoice due two weeks prior to your wedding date.

Kachette is conveniently located on Old Street in Shoreditch, one of the busiest most vibrant streets of London surrounded by cool bars, popup fashion brands and London's vibrant street art community. Kachette is a perfect blank canvas wedding venue for couples seeking a unique warehouse wedding in East London. The historic dual railway arch venue is housed in the former ticket hall of the old Shoreditch railway station which operated 1865 to 1940.

Kachette venue features include exposed Victorian era brickwork and arched low ceiling, industrial lighting truss, stunning black gated entrance and the trademark train station clock which is situated inside the venue foyer. The venue is also fitted with club quality sound systems in both arches.

The venue can be hired exclusively as a one or two room wedding venue accommodating 90 seated in the main room or up to 115 seated theatre style in the back arch.

We are always open to trying something different in our wedding venues and look forward to working with you to create your dream wedding.
