After working at a handful of Michelin starred restaurants as well as the famous Chewton Glenn for 15 years, Matt Davey decided to break the monotony, and work in his vintage 1959 Citroen H Van.

Matt started his business, Flaming Peaches, in 2014, as a street food catering business. Now he's serving at a range of events, from birthdays and barbecues, to social supper evenings and festivals.
