We marveled everything about Es Caliu, starting with his maître (Narciso), he is a charming person, very close and super professional. Since the wedding preparations and in the menu tests he was watching us, talking about each dish we tried (where the product came from, how they made it ...), giving us lots of options and the freedom to organize our great day as we would like. Also thank Julieta Larrea, equally charming and professional, who took care of the entire organization of the wedding (which was not small) and everything was as we had talked and imagined. The garden is beautiful and atmospheric it seemed like a fairytale, excellent food (we had a hard time deciding on the menu, because everything we tasted was great). I just have to thank all the staff, from the owner, to the waiters and cooks for making our wedding perfect. Of course if I went backwards I would choose the same place and the same people.
