We were planning to have our wedding there on July 3. Due to the pandemic and the fact that we live in another community, the little contact was by telephone, since they barely informed us of anything. They were not very flexible at all times to anything that was out of their proposal, they also had an unpleasant, authoritarian and lacking empathy personal treatment. During that week we tried to contact again to resolve the issue, without obtaining a response, so we decided to change the venue of the celebration, since they did not give us any confidence, despite the stress that this caused us. When we tried to reason with Teresa about the possible return of a part of the deposit, her only response was that she had to stick to the signed contract, showing a cold and defiant attitude. We could write a lot more negative feelings we had with this site, and I really miss the comments that hint at its flexibility. In our case, the lack of transparency, communication and empathy were decisive to change places. We believe that this policy cannot go very far.
