From Catania, follow the indications for the highway A18 Catania-Messina.
Take the highway direction Messina. At the exit for Giarre keep to the left and after
300mt. at the stop turn right towards Catania. After 1km you will pass a Chinese store,
keep on for another 500 mt. and take the turning off the main road at San Leonardello
on the left towards Torre Archirafi and Carruba di Riposto. Straight on
for 1km and at the first cross turn left. Straight on for 1 km and at the end of street turn
right. In the village of Carruba turn right by the church, after 800 mt. go through the
bridge keeping to the right and after another 300mt. you will reach Donnacarmela.
