We signed a contract with Carolina Sá Buffet & Eventos in Jan/2020, where we hired a small buffet for 80 guests for our wedding. Due to the Pandemic, we were forced to cancel the wedding and agreed with the owner Carolina to refund the amount. Obviously we understand the entire difficult scenario, and accept all the conditions requested by Carolina. In September/2020, we accepted her proposal to return the amount in 12 installments starting in January/2021.
Until (March 2024), the amount has not been returned. There were several unfulfilled promises, and numerous contact attempts without response. What upset us was being ignored so many times. We were always understanding and willing to negotiate any condition that would suit her. In fact, the value of our contract is small, R$6,800.
At the end of last year, at great expense, 3 non-consecutive installments were paid, and from then on, we were left without answers again.
No words to describe this impeccable work of the Carolina Sa ... We received showers of praise from our guests. All were served constantly, warm and delicious salty, cold beer, wonderful sweets and not to mention the politeness and kindness of the waiters, the polite maitre d 'and our waitress a fantastic person, always concerned about the bride and groom ... I just have to thank you for being part of such an important moment in our lives ...
