Service at the beginning great to sell! Then just stress, especially after just marriage.
Low quality and attention, unfocused images, bad framing and dark photos. They send over 6,000 photos for us to choose for the album, without doing any filtering or editing for us to choose 100. After we've done it, they put together the album with other photos, nothing to do with how we selected it, and things get more stressful due to the delay, lack of quality and organization.
They called us to edit the photos in the album and conclude this matter, however when we arrived at the meeting they lost the etidavel file and would have to start all over again.
At all times they want to deliver anyway to get rid of the demand without any care with the material or because it is our wedding.
Our video was completely amateurish, dark, with bad ambient audio, it's very sad for us. My wife cries every time she looks at these photos and videos due to stress and quality, after all, regardless of the return, there is no way to recover the records of our day.
To date we have not been able to receive the material we contracted.
We are seeking the money back as there is no condition for them to deliver what was promised.
Carlos' work was fantastic, from the first contact they were super solicitous and attentive. On the wedding day they were super receptive with the guests and with us, which helped a lot with the filming and photos. In addition, they use cutting-edge technology and are mega trained professionals! Hired and recommend a thousand times!
DO NOT HIRE CARLOS PASZKO! I got married almost 1 year ago and they still haven't given me the materials. For the THIRD TIME THEY DELIVERED THE VIDEO OF OTHER BRIDEGROOMS!!!!
