I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Adorn Invitations. The invitations are fine, but they didn't deliver all of the assets. - the stickers never arrived - We only got 51/65 envelopes that were ordered.- The website said 4-6 days from when production was approved. I approved on April 26 and didn't receive my invites until May 16th which is much longer than anticipated. - The address on the back of some of the envelopes was crooked- My name was totally cut off and nobody ever gave us a heads-up that the text wasn't going to fit within the window of the invitation.
I've contacted them multiple times to try to get a partial refund for the items I did not receive and they have completely ignored me. The phone number on their website for the UK office doesn't work.
