I went to my brother's wedding and had the chance to meet Anthony Lopez, who was acting as a caterer. We contacted him again to celebrate our wedding anniversary and, around a masterful brunch, Anthony was able to make us travel throughout Provence through incredible products, such as this anise fennel jam, or his tropezienne recipe, much better than Mika's !! And yet, we are the base of die-hard Mika fans, that is to say. Note that he works with organic and locavore products.
