A Themed Engagement Shoot – How to Get it Right

As I mentioned in the ideas for portraying a couple post, an engagement shoot really benefits from incorporating something that you both love. This couple have decided to include their devotion to the University of Tennessee football team. This is such a fun and colourful shoot by Marissa Bowers art * design!

Not only were the couple shot at the stadium site, they also wanted classic photos in front of the beautiful campus buildings and at some of their favourite spots downtown. This is a wonderful idea for a couple who met at university and have fond memories of their time there together.

This is a very quirky and different way to celebrate your engagement, but it doesn’t affect the magic of the shoot. If anything, this is one of the most comfortable and loving engagement shoot I’ve seen, which proves that you should stick to shoots in places you love with things you love around you, and of course, the person you love!
