The bride wore Jenny Packham and the groom wore... a kilt! Details from Andy and Kim's big day!

We were so exited on Saturday, just thinking about what the ever beautiful Kim Sears would wear and whether Andy Murray would don a traditional Scottish kilt for their big day, and we just couldn’t wait to see some photos! You no longer have to wait either!

Kim arrived at Dunblane cathedral in a silver Rolls Royce accompanied by her father, and when we first caught a glimpse of her chic half-up half-down hairstyle we thought she looked incredibly like style icon Bridget Bardot.

Kim wore a stunning bespoke bridal gown by designer Jenny Packham featuring hand sown Swarovski crystals and a chiffon skirt. Her incredible beaded mid-length sleeves and plunging neckline were almost as beautiful as her plunging back, which we thought was absolutely breathtaking! A three metre length tulle veil and a simply crystal floral headpiece were all Kim needed to finish off her look perfectly. She didn’t mind getting her feet wet in her sparking silver sandals believed to be Jimmy Choo either!

Andy didn’t let us down and wore head to toe traditional Scottish wedding attire including a kilt, as did his brother Jaime, looking incredibly handsome and happy. The groom also wore traditional Scottish thistle for his buttonhole, a lovely nod to his heritage and home town. Andy was no doubt blown away by all the local support and media attention, something he’s not used to in his private life away from the tennis courts.

Kim carried a pretty spring bouquet of pink and white roses, while Dunblane cathedral was transformed with spectacular cherry blossom and white hydrangeas.

Kim’s bridesmaids looked elegant and very spring like in dusty pink floor length gowns with fabulous feathered stoles. Very 1920’s!

The couple then left Dunblane cathedral after a 45 minute ceremony and accompanied their guests to Andy’s luxury hotel Cromlix House for an intimate reception with their closest family and friends.

It is rumored that the happy couple are enjoying a short minimoon ahead of Andy’s training schedule with a proper honeymoon being planned for the end of the year.

Congrats Andy and Kim… we always thought you’d look amazing, and you didn’t let us down!
