A summer fête inspired wedding in France

A little bit of craft, a 1920 style dress and a bouquet of peonies. It’s got the making of a beautiful real wedding.

French photographer Elisabeth Perotin shot the wedding of Aurelie and Sylvain in France this summer.

“Aurelie created everything herself – that’s why this wedding was so unique,” says Elisabeth. “She and Sylvain make an awesome couple; it was a real pleasure to photograph them!”
Vintage-style birdcages, candles and paper decorations combined with a proper summer’s day and lovely natural shots. The bright colours, contrasting with more delicate tones for main details (like the peonies, the beautiful peonies), create a tasteful look that we just lurve.

A really playful approach to their wedding photos creates some very pretty but also very relaxed set of photographs.

And to top it all, Aurelie wore a dress by Reims-based designer Lili M and shoes by Vivienne Westwood. So stylish…
