Embrace the cooler season with bright and cheerful Autumn wedding styling inspiration

Although many people choose to marry in the spring and summer, there are plenty of reasons why you might choose to hold your wedding in the autumn. Firstly, nature already provides you with a beautiful and colourful backdrop as the leaves start to turn into hues of red, orange and yellow. Also, you don’t have to worry about keeping your guests cool in the summer heat – not all venues are equipped with air-con – and also you might find that some of your expenses are cheaper outside the peak wedding season. But for those brides-to-be who are worried that they may have to sacrifice their bright and warm colour scheme or stylish wedding decorations for muted colours or dull decorations because it’s autumn time needn’t worry.

There are a number of low cost yet creative ideas you can incorporate into your day. For example, you could use apples as place names, or place pumpkins as decoration around your venue. Or how about using pine cones in (or as!) your bouquet? There are plenty of options when it comes to decorating your big day in autumn. Using a mixture of autumnal colours is also great way of making sure your decor and style choices are never dull. Opt for a mixture of oranges, yellows and browns and maybe even a drop of red too.
