Claire Mischevani is a Shrewsbury based designer who has been offering a bespoke service for over 10 years. Last September she decided to venture into wholesale designs, and the collection has been greatly received by stocklists, brides and the press alike. I must say, this doesn’t surprise me.

Claire’s designs are classic, yet unusual. Many of the shapes included in her bridal collection are all time favourites, but added extras such as lace overlays, floral adornments or black belts mean that every bride can place her own individual stamp on these beautiful designs, so they benefit from the couture experience without opting for the bespoke service.

It is a collection that has many characters, from regal elegance to ethereal prettiness, but somehow every dress is connected by the intricacy of the details and the beauty of the overall effect. These dresses with embellished waists break the body to give the illusion of longer legs and a tiny waist and I think we all love that in a dress!
