There's nothing as fabulously cool as Daughters of Simone (is that the US site you came across?) but there are stores that seem to have some lovely collections if not beautifully stylised photos of the collections. Here are a few I found on Google.

If you're a bit nervous about buying vintage directly it may not be for you but have a look at etsy.com and ebay uk. You might find something you love. And then you just need a decent tailor to make the adjustments!

The Ladies at Fur Coat No Knickers are wonderful - you should have a chat to them and visit their wonderful shop!
They did all the alterations on my dress and were brilliant the whole process through!

I found this designer last week called Tobi Hannah, she has some vintage inspired dresses and can source vintage fabrics to recreate a look which is what I am doing. Heres a link to her stuff www.larahannah.com

Vintage wedding store in London?
Vintage wedding store in London? I don't normally do vintage as I am terrible at second hand shopping but I stumbled across a store in the states that stocks only vintage or vintage style wedding dresses. Is there a bridal shop in London like this?
