Planning a Vegan/carnivore wedding menu!

Can you help me with ideas for wedding food please? I am a vegan but my fiance is a meat eater and I have no idea where to start planning wedding menus. He is unwilling to have a full vegan wedding but I would like to make it predominantly vegan but have no idea how to go about this.

this may come late for you, but may help others.
We aren't vegetarian or vegan, but some of our guest are. We will be serving a bbq with some chicken and lamb and sides and we will have veggie skewers as well. is good tasty food for everyone
